Through our partnership with We Honor Veterans, a program belonging to the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and Department of Veterans Affairs, we provide educational tools, resources, and services uniquely designed for Veterans.

Our quality and compassion care includes a Vet-to-Vet program, pairing Veteran volunteers with hospice patients who also served in the military. Their common backgrounds make for relatable connections that are often very meaningful during life review.
